This company is awesome. We had some issues arise during our originally scheduled appointment and Chad was so patient and professional. He got us rescheduled with no issues or complaints and they did an awesome job. Definitely would give this company 10 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about Chad and Refresh. I had them out to clean the carpets in a couple of bedrooms that had some pet stains and he was responsive and quick to come out. After about a week I noticed that one of the bedrooms had an odor that persisted and some residue left behind from some stubborn pet stains. I contacted Chad who came back out the very next day(!) to re-treat and re-clean that room. Now, the room smells like a basket of daisies and there’s no more residue. I’ll definitely be using Refresh again.
